From Quote to Activation in Two Steps

We have a self-serve portal where you can obtain quotes, submit your purchase order (PO), and pay using a purchase order or credit card.

Fill out our quote request form with your billing information and the products you would like to purchase. You will immediately receive a quote to download.

Provide the name and contact information of the person who should receive the invoice and payment confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a quote before I can purchase?

No. You can go directly to the purchase page and enter your information manually. If you create a quote first, your quote will include a purchase link that automatically fills in most of the information on the purchase page.

How many subscriptions should I purchase?

Pink Cat subscriptions are licensed per educator. Purchase one subscription for each educator who needs access to Pink Cat Games, Teacher Tools, or both. For example, if five educators need both products, you would purchase five Games subscriptions and five Teacher Tools subscriptions.

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Yes. On the purchase page, select Pay using a Purchase Order, enter your PO number, and upload a copy of your purchase order. You'll be able to review your order before completing the purchase.

Can someone else complete the purchase?

Yes. You can send your quote to the person or department responsible for purchasing. The quote includes a link they can use to continue the purchase with most of the order information already filled in. You can also use the CC email option during purchase to send the invoice and educator instructions to another team member.

What happens after I complete my purchase?

After your purchase is complete, we’ll email your invoice or receipt, along with instructions to forward to your educators so they can claim their subscriptions.
